Is Obama A Socialist?

You bet your ass he is. But don't take my word for it. Obama supporters in Minnesota show you all you need to know:

Twenty years ago, hell no, 5 years ago if you told me that the man leading the polls would have supporters hanging signs with the Red Star on it, I would not have believed you. But there it is for all of us to see.

For anyone living in a cave for the last century, The Red Star:

The five-pointed red star, a pentagram without the inner pentagon, is a symbol of communism as well as broader socialism in general. It is sometimes understood to represent the five fingers of the worker's hand, as well as the five continents. A lesser known suggestion is that the five points on the star were intended to represent the five social groups that would lead Russia to communism: the youth, the military, the industrial labourers, the agricultural workers or peasantry, and the intelligentsia. Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels used the red star as a symbol[citation needed]. It was also one of the emblems, symbols, and signals representing the Soviet Union under the rule and guidance of the Communist Party, along with the hammer and sickle. The star has since become a symbol representing socialism of all varieties.

Obama Is Already Helping The Economy

Through higher gun sales:

Pay attention to the last few seconds of the second video. It's just not Obama people are scared of. It's any strong Democrat.

In my opinion the second amendment is the most important right we have. It ensures that we get to keep the others.

New NRA Ad

Attention gun owners! Thinking of voting for Obama. Take a look at this:

This man should scare the hell out of a gun owner. No, he should scare the hell out of everyone who loves America.

Let's take a look at a few things:

1) The economy:

He wants to spread the wealth. He wants to tax successful small businesses. What he is really saying is he wants to force people who provide jobs for the "little man" into either laying off workers, or cutting their hours and/or bonus incentives.

Obama likes to lay the blame on the Republicans for the recent credit fiasco. The truth is that he and his friends in the democratic party deserve the blame for this mess.

Bush and McCain have been unlucky in that this "house of cards" came tumbling down on Bush's watch. But the truth is; Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton built the damn thing. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd built additions and defended it as long as they could.

I think McCain would be up by 10 in most polls had he had the balls to vote against the bailout. But that is another matter.

2) Universal Health Care:

This is a disaster waiting to happen. I think the only reason this plays so well is that a lot of people mistake this to mean free health care. It is not!!! It will be paid for with more taxes. Not to mention the fact that the government would be in charge of this system. Do you trust the government to run this program efficiently? If so you might want to make an appointment with a therapist before Obama takes over.

3) Associations:

A lot of people are tired of hearing this. The only problem is that it DOES matter who a person chooses to associate with. You can bet, if McCain was friends with terrorists, racist preachers, or shady real estate brokers it would damn sure be "news worthy".

For the Tennessee fans: Know why Obama will never win in Tennessee? Because if you put a G in front of his name it spells GO BAMA!

Time To Break The Silence

I have not posted in about a week. I was not too busy. I was taking a moment of silence for my country. I believe we are well on our way down the path to socialism. This atrocious bailout bill has opened up a path for many socialist policies to follow.

Which candidate will be willing to stop our decent into full fledged socialism? After watching the debate last night, it appears to me the answer is neither of them. I think Obama, being a socialist himself, has got to love this bill. And McCain, hell he is already calling for more money to be thrown at this.

Congress will surely do nothing to stop this kind of thing. The leaders of both the Senate and the House are nothing more than clowns in nice clothing. If any person out there believes that congress will be able to solve this problem, please make an appointment with your therapist today.

One interesting thing about Congress. Not all that important, but it is food for thought. I have heard a lot of complaining about the "pork" that was in the bailout bill. The fact is, the bailout plan was the pork. The house had already passed the bill with the arrows in it. The Senate attached the bailout plan onto this bill. Why? You ask. They had to. The Constitution states that all spending bills have to be initiated in the House. Therefore the Senate could not bring a spending bill forward. So they just attached it to some bill, any bill. So, the bailout plan is PORK!

I am a person that loves his country. I believe in the vision the founders of this country used in creating the Constitution. I feel that America has proven itself to be the most successful and honorable country this world has ever seen. I do not think that our representatives feel the same way as I do.

I support capitalism at all costs. It has made this country the strongest country in the world. Allowing it to slip away will bring us to the level of every other country that does not practice it religiously. This bill has taken a huge chunk of it away. It has also opened the door for the complete removal of capitalism from our country. We WILL suffer from the effects of this bill for a long time.

Thank God For The House

A statement from Mark Levin:

...Also, count me among those few here who want to thank the House Republicans for taking a bold stand against what had been a stampede on a scale I have never before witnessed on matters of huge consequence. Conservatism is more than a quaint belief-system to be embraced and debated over donuts at Starbucks. It is more than a list of talking points. It is the foundation of the civil society. The liberal uses crises, real or manufactured, to expand the power of government at the expense of the individual and private property. He has spent, in earnest, 70 years evading the Constitution's limits on governmental power. If conservatives don't stand up to this, who will? If they don't offer serious alternatives that address the current circumstances AND defend the founding principles, who will? The House Republicans have done both. And I, for one, thank them.

Capitalism works! It's that simple. The government got us into this mess in the first place. Why in the hell do we think they will do anything but make it worse?

I have heard a lot of blame games being played here. Everyone in the US is responsible for this. Some more than others, but we all share some responsibility. Yes, even the taxpayers have to take some blame. Let me explain, the taxpayers are also the voters. We have elected a bunch of clowns to lead this country. Things are not going to change until we give them the boot. If we keep electing people like this to lead our country, things are not going to improve. Keep that in mind when you walk into the voting booth next month.
